SMART ( Self-Monitoring Analysis & Reporting Technology ) is an interface between a computer's BIOS (basic input/output system) and the computer hard disk, which provides information about various 'attributes' of a drive, such as 'Power on hours' and 'Temperature'. Diskcheckup uses this data to determine the overall health of your drive.

A Low carb Calculator to find unlisted carbs based on a food products nurtrition label. It works by using the formula Calories = (Fat X 9) + (Carbohydrate X 4) + (Protein X 4) . Note that this formula is not perfectly exact, but an approximation.
